Dominika is a Cyber and Business Resilience Partner at KPMG Australia, with over 20 years’ experience in helping organizations build robust cyber and operational resilience strategies. She specializes in addressing human-centric cyber risk, combining behavioral science, AI-led insights, and practical frameworks to helps strengthen culture, awareness, and preparedness across various levels of an organization.
Dominika also specializes in enterprise resilience, with deep experience in delivering crisis management capability uplift, business continuity planning, resilience strategies, and technology and cyber resiliency services. She is highly regarded for her facilitation of tailored crisis simulations and exercises, which help clients pressure-test plans, build confidence, and improve executive decision-making under stress.
She leads the KPMG Cyber Learning Unlock digital solution, which helps drive measurable behavior change and can reduce people-related cyber risk. As a Partner, she has advised a broad range of clients - from SMEs to multinational enterprises - on cyber culture change, quantifying human risk, demonstrating cyber ROI, and embedding resilience into organizational and executive culture.
As a Women in Cyber Leader, Dominika plays an active role in local and global initiatives to drive more women and girls into the field of cyber and supporting the next generation of cyber professionals. She works closely with high school students to promote cyber, and STEAM careers and drives cyber diversity programs and women in cyber leadership initiatives for KPMG Australia.
She holds a Master’s by Research in Resilience and Critical Infrastructure and brings first-hand crisis response experience through her volunteer work with the State Emergency Service.
