Simone Taylor

Simone has held a variety of legal regulatory roles, including at the Regulator (FCA) for 7 years (where she led on a number of policy initiatives and thematic reviews), Private Practice and in-house, being responsible for the provision of complex legal and regulatory advice on FS Regulatory engagements, including conduct risk, customer communications and regulatory change. Simone leads the retail offering of the Financial Services Regulatory team in KPMG Law and focuses on all matters concerning the end customer, and has extensive experience in respect of financial promotions and the applicable regulatory requirements.
