Nadia is a Director and Solicitor in the Immigration Team. Nadia qualified at a US law firm specializing in corporate immigration, having worked in the field of legal migration with a broad range of clients across industry sectors for 17 years. Nadia works closely with a range of specialists in respect of monitoring, analyzing and providing strategic advice to clients in respect of their global mobility programmes including advising on the opportunities and challenges that increased mobility brings. Nadia currently advises on a wide range of specialist immigration issues including the provision of strategic and innovative advice on global mobility and immigration projects, compliance road mapping, aligning immigration governance models with different business structures, and reviewing immigration policy in line with legislation, legal frameworks, market place best practice and trends. Nadia has experience in managing immigration transformation projects both at corporate and educational institutions having undertaken two secondments at London Higher Education Institutes. These have included evaluating systems and processes in line with Home Office immigration legislation; identifying process gaps; engaging stakeholders at all levels; defining and implementing procedural and communication strategies together with other remedial actions; and building bespoke delivery models that align to an organization’s business structure whilst ensuring immigration compliance. Nadia has also worked with government agencies, NGOs, and think tanks on tracking and evaluating the 2016 migrant crisis and governmental responses to determine the wider geopolitical changes for clients and government policy.
