Chelsea is an experienced U.S. immigration attorney specializing in business immigration.

She assists a vast range of employers from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies on maintaining immigration compliance, and develops robust global mobility programs for a mobile workforce.

Her passion is in advising companies and their employees on a wide array of complex business immigration matters, including non-immigrant work visas, employment-based immigrant applications, corporate restructuring, and employer I-9 compliance matters.

Chelsea provides strategic workplace planning through assessing business immigration matters for companies across industries including technology, healthcare, finance, energy, and consulting. She also provides immigration training to global mobility and HR personnel, and other stakeholders

In her practice, she has represented clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), the U.S. Department of State (DOS), and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (USCBP).
