Michael leads the Government practice for KPMG in the Asia Pacific region. His experience includes advising central and local governments, NGOs, investors, developers, and asset operators across a wide range of markets including Hong Kong, Mainland China, Australia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, and many other regional and global jurisdictions. Michael specializes in advising clients on policy, projects and transformation across the areas of public infrastructure & real estate, corporate finance, regulatory & economic reform, leadership development and industry policy. Michael joined KPMG in 2004 in Melbourne and has been based in Hong Kong for the past 10 years. In Q4 2022, Michael will be relocating to KPMG's Sydney office to support our Australian client base, whilst continuing in his Asia Pacific role.
