Jo initially trained and spent 2 years post qualification at Pinsent Masons before moving to KPMG’s Reward team where she has worked for 17 years and leads KPMG’s Reward practice in the regions.
Jo has a broad portfolio of clients across the UK, ranging from listed companies to small start-ups, and advises on all aspects of employee reward and incentive plans.
Jo has a particular area of interest and specialism in advising management teams on the tax implications arising from equity participation in private equity backed companies.
