Vijay is a business leader in the consulting industry with over 25 years of experience in India and abroad. He specialises in talent development, leadership development, and executive coaching. He has worked with leading companies in developing their talent and coaching leaders. He has managed P&Ls, driven sales, and led consulting engagements across financial services, telecom, retail, and ed tech industries in multiple countries.
Rohin brings over 22 years of experience in learning and leadership development, most recently serving as the Chief Learning Officer for KPMG in India. Over the course of his career, he has delivered workshops across multiple modalities, geographies, and organizational levels. He has also spent several years hiring and mentoring facilitators, as well as establishing and driving facilitation standards. In his work with business leaders, Rohin draws on insights from coaching, psychology, storytelling, and micro-expressions to help them build the skills needed to effectively facilitate group interactions and achieve meaningful outcomes.
Subhro has over 20 years of global experience across Australia, Singapore, and India, specializing in technical accounting and L&D. His expertise includes international public accounting, compliance, audit, SOX 404 implementation, financial reporting, process advisory, and technical accounting advisory. He has delivered extensive training on Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP, and led learning programs for corporates, government bodies, and retail sectors with a strong focus on technology, media and entertainment, telecom, and transport industries. Subhro is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) Australia and holds a Master of Professional Accounting from UNSW, Australia.
Sujatha, a gold medallist from TISS Mumbai, brings over 22 years of experience in talent leadership. Her strengths lie in executive coaching, collaboration, and strategic partnering-all grounded in her deep belief in the power of passion and relationships. She has previously been the Chief of Culture, People Experience, Inclusion and Diversity, Performance and Talent with KPMG. Prior to KPMG in India, she was associated with Deloitte for over 17 years.
Jagpreet is a highly experienced professional with over two decades of cross-industry expertise encompassing business development, team management, content creation, learning outsourcing management, sales training, contact centre operations, and retail sales. Throughout his career, he has assumed leadership roles with significant profit and loss management responsibilities in both business and HR capacities. With a consistent track record of successfully transforming business performance and delivering exceptional results in challenging environments, Jagpreet leverages his proficiency in consulting, coaching, and training. He has achieved sustainable impact through his adeptness in fostering motivated teams and cultivating superior client relationships.
Gunjan is a talent development professional with 20+ years of experience in capability building, culture transformation, coaching, leadership development, curriculum design and management, talent assessments, including psychometric assessments and assessment centres, diversity and inclusion, communication and change management. She has designed and spearheaded large-scale learning interventions leveraging technology, created customizing learning journeys basis robust diagnostics and identified competencies, to deliver value for clients. She has worked with Korn Ferry, Accenture, Encore Capital and Wipro, and currently, she is Technical Director at the KPMG Learning Academy and leads the leadership development vertical.
Sachin is a QM-certified instructional designer with over 17 years of experience in learning design and content development across India, APAC, and the USA an ID Manager, he has led high-impact projects for top corporates and academic institutions, while mentoring design teams. He holds an Executive MBA in Advertising & Media and a Postgraduate Diploma in Instructional Design.
Tarun is a learning transformation specialist in designing and delivering large-scale digital and human capital programmes. He excels in driving technology-enabled learning, capability development, and cultural change initiatives. A certified expert in Articulate 360. Tarun creates immersive and impactful learning experiences.
Nandita comes with 10+ years of work experience in ed-tech and L&D. She has a proven track record in leading multi-stakeholder projects across global markets, with expertise in leadership transformation initiatives, and capability building for global clients. She is skilled in managing the full project lifecycle, from proposal development to execution and evaluation. At KPMG, she works on leadership development journeys focusing on understanding learning needs and creating experiential workshops for leaders. She is a skilled facilitator across behavioural topics.
Om is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in international business buildout, process improvement, product delivery, and digital transformation. He excels at leading and coaching teams and individuals to adopt a lean mindset and deliver value to their customers. Om possesses a strong track record of creating successful digital ecosystems that support innovation and growth.
Apoorva is an APMG-certified Change Management professional with 15 years of experience spanning Communications, Learning and Development, Project Management, and Change Management. She specializes in driving strategic change initiatives, crafting tailored communication strategies, and designing transformative learning journeys. At KPMG, Apoorva has led enterprise-wide change programs for global clients, including large-scale AI adoption projects, serving as Program Change Manager. Her expertise includes stakeholder management, leadership curriculum design, and end-to-end PMO oversight across diverse sectors. Previously, she was an Assistant Professor in Communication at Amity University, where she honed her passion for learning and development.
Prashant has experience across Risk Consulting, Leadership Consulting and Internal L&D roles. He has a strong disposition for collaborative and interdisciplinary problem solving. Throughout his career, he has led efforts to help businesses envision, create and ideate a robust future state in the areas of learning strategy and transformation, leadership development, talent, coaching and organisational culture.
