Gaurav Vohra

Gaurav has almost 25 years of experience spanning a wide range of sectors including Infra, Auto, Telecom, IT/ITeS, Media and Oil & Gas. Of this, over 20 years specifically in IFRS, Ind AS, U.S. GAAP technical accounting and IPO advisory - providing accounting advice to clients seeking to enter the U.S. and other foreign capital markets through public offerings or private placements including ( NYSE, Luxemborg, AIM, U.K.).

Gaurav started his career with PwC (in Capital Markets Group) where he served for over a decade, he then went on to join General Motors as the Country Controller, before joining KPMG about 9 years ago.

Given his industry stint he has a deep understanding of the challenges within the finance function. This enables him to deliver practical solutions to his current clients and serves several clients as a trusted advisor for complex technical issues.

Gaurav is highly regarded for his solution oriented approach, technical aptitude, articulation, training abilities and additionally leads the Learning Solutions, nationally and regularly imparts training at internal and external sessions on F&A, GAAP, Internal Control and others.
