Sunit brings more than 26 years of experience in consulting and HR. His functional expertise includes organisation strategy and transformation, human capital strategy and leadership development, organisation design, post-merger integration, culture transformation and HR transformation in a digital world.
In Sunit’s current role, he leads an end to end, integrated consulting practice which focuses on helping organisations leverage their human capital for driving transformation and business outcomes. He focuses on the India market and on key markets in the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
In his previous role at KPMG India, he was the CHRO – driving talent strategy, people culture and professional development across the Firm for its 45,000+ people across different businesses.
