S Sathish has over 27 years of experience in driving EBITDA enhancement for clients through different solutions in the areas of procurement cost reduction (direct material and indirect spend reduction), digital manufacturing, supply chain transformation and sales enhancement. He leads the Industrial manufacturing sector nationally for KPMG in India and is also on the Global Steering board of Industrial Manufacturing.

He has worked with more than 100 Indian and global clients over the last two decades across various sectors such as auto/auto components, discrete manufacturing industries, cement, paper, packaging, metals, oil & gas, textiles, beverages and sunrise industries such as solar, wind and electrolyser businesses. He has also driven transformation across many promoter-driven businesses.
