Vinod has driven more than 30 large scale topline, organisation, digital and cost transformation programmes in India in last 10 years. He has led strategy development and implementation for one of the largest automotive OEMs in India for six years in a row, covering domestic and international business and functions, including product development, strategic sourcing, manufacturing, supply chain, sales and marketing and enabling functions
To mention some of his critical digital sales and transformation projects, Vinod drove the largest digital transformation in India in the power sector for a large generation, transmission and distribution company. He has led multiple manufacturing and product cost reduction projects, including supply chain transformation for a German industrial goods manufacturer in India; 35 per cent product and variant complexity reduction for a plastic manufacturer to improve market focus and operational efficiency; and total cost transformation for a large consumer company in India leading to a 6 per cent overall improvement in EBITDA.
