Rohan has a work experience of more than 20 years in the areas of information technology, technology risk and compliance and cyber security space and leads the solutions on digital risk, compliance and cloud security services. He has handled a wide range of large domestic and multinational clients in establishing their IT operating model and technology landscape.
Over the years, globally there have been a multitude of new regulations in the technology risk and cyber security space, particularly in the financial services sector. Rohan has deep domain expertise in these areas and has supported a number of financial institutions in complying with these complex requirements.
One of the other areas of focus for Rohan is leading outsourcing risk management engagements across the life cycle for a variety of large global majors.
He has also led engagements in the areas of large technology change management and complex application reviews and audits. He has also been involved in leading technology due diligence engagements as part of M&A transactions.
He has also assisted companies in the risk management in emerging technologies like AI and ML.
He is part of the KPMG in India team focusing on ESG and actively contributes in the area of cyber in ESG.
His domain expertise is in the areas of financial services, logistics, and telecom across India, Europe, US and Middle East
