Cdr Gautam Nanda

Cdr Gautam Nanda is an Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) specialist who retired after completing 21 years of active service in the Indian Navy. During his service, he has been a Warfare Officer on frontline warships and was Captain of INS Akshay, ASW Corvette. He is an alumina of Naval Academy where he was awarded the President Bronze medal and Defence Services Staff College (DSSC) where he completed his Masters in Defence Studies with distinction. 

Post-retirement, for the last 13 years he has been working as an aerospace, defence, and space consultant with leading consulting firms. He has been involved in strategic consulting assignments including business plan, entry/growth strategy, defining regulatory landscape, business process transformation, and supply chain resilience with Defence Public Sector Undertakings (DPSUs), Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and Tier I/II/II suppliers across the value chain.  Gautam is a strategist with experience in delivering high impact insight, in depth research, astute advice, and operations entailing planning, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
