Sumouleendra is a Partner with KPMG in India’s Government and Public Services practice and is also KPMG’s Global Infrastructure Water Sector Lead. He has over two decades of experience spanning a wide spectrum of roles and responsibilities including program management, policy formulation and review, Public Private Partnerships (PPP) transaction advisory, market assessment and market entry strategy in Water and Urban Infrastructure Sector.

He has cultivated extensive relationships with key stakeholders, from government departments, private sector and international financial institutions bringing about transformation in the water and wastewater sector.

Sumouleendra is leading several marquee projects in India and abroad in water and wastewater sector including program implementation support for one of the largest river rejuvenation program in India, transaction advisory support for a multibillion dollar water transmission PPP project in Southern Africa and also guiding the implementation of one of the largest universal water access program in India.
