With over 30 years of experience as a tax professional, Rajeev has handled a wide range of clients on direct and indirect tax areas along with advising on complex cross border transactions. Over the years, India has witnessed the introduction of several new taxes and a significant change in the taxing system. Rajeev has engaged deeply with clients in these areas and different regulators in transitioning these regulations smoothly.

Rajeev has worked extensively with multinational and large domestic companies to help organise businesses and establishing business models and distribution structures. This involves analysing cross border trade flows and setting up operations in India across a wide range of sectors. Rajeev has particularly deep experience with travel & hospitality sector, auto sector and e-commerce business.

He has deep experience and expertise in working with the government and clients on investment incentives with the State and Central government agencies for large and mega projects.

Rajeev has consistently guided his clients in formulating methodologies to approach the defence of tax litigation.  He has also worked closely with the central government and various other state government agencies on policy level discussions across different sectors and regulations.
