In a career spanning over 27 years, Ritesh has worked in business research, supply chain, pricing, consulting, marketing analytics and process improvement areas across the US, the UK and Asia. He has set up and led large offshore teams across Research, Analytics, Benchmarking, Knowledge Management, Creative and Marketing Services, and Sales Enablement.

At KPMG Global Services, Ritesh is the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for Finance, IT, Facilities & Admin. He is the Transformation leader, spearheading large-scale initiatives that prepare the firm for the future and enable it to embrace the new ways of working. A passionate proponent of ESG, he also leads the Impact agenda, focusing on making a real difference to our people and the planet. In his other role on the business side, he heads the Capability Hubs business unit, overseeing areas such as Insights & Risk Management, Sales Enablement, Digital Experience & Business Services, and Technology.

Before KGS, Ritesh was with Capgemini Consulting, India, where, as the Global Sales Operations & Analytics Leader, he was responsible for ensuring adherence to sales processes across 11 countries, 12 sectors and five global accounts. In addition, he managed teams across Research, Knowledge Management, Creative Services, Account Management and Thought Leadership, supporting different country units of Capgemini Consulting. He also set up the Data Analytics team that worked on predictive modeling, social media analysis and dashboards.

Ritesh has also been associated with Prudential Process Management Services, India, where he led a Knowledge Services team across Analytics, Research, Actuarial, Internal Consulting, Marketing and Knowledge Management, supporting the UK, the US and Asia. He worked closely with the Managing Director on company-wide strategic initiatives and turnkey projects and undertook business development for the strategic businesses of Insurance and Asset Management, spearheading the business development initiative in Asia through extensive interactions and proof-of-concept engagements.

While with Genpact, India (erstwhile GE Capital International Services), as AVP, Client Relationship and Business Development, Ritesh was responsible for managing relationships with Genpact Analytics’ existing and new clients, in addition to managing a diverse portfolio of clients across Fortune 500 companies and leading business development initiatives for potential customers.

Ritesh is based in Gurugram, India.
