Namrata is a Partner and National Head of ESG, for KPMG in India. She is passionate about sustainability and has worked with large Indian and multinational companies, and foundations to establish sustainability strategies that include defining new frameworks, designing new business models and rethinking the tried and tested. There are four core pillars to her work in sustainability - building sustainability-based business models, using technology to scale, green skilling, and sustainability learning.

Namrata has played an important role in the sustainability ecosystem and is widely recognised for her strong blend of ESG knowledge and business transformation skills. She has extensive experience in helping clients on the adoption of net zero principles in their value chain. Her work experience spans sectors such as manufacturing, transportation, finance, steel, cement, insurance, fashion, retail, healthcare, mobility, food, hospitality and green jobs.

Sustainability is top of the mind for the C-suite, policy makers and implementers and is also a very rapidly changing space. Namrata conducts workshops for leadership teams in companies and a frequent contributor to popular and academic publications. Her books and case studies on sustainability are taught across the world.
