Puneet is currently the Sector Head for Retail and heading Global Retail for Digital and Technology Transformation at KPMG in India. He is actively involved in building transformation strategies for retailers in India and globally.
Puneet helps member firms in strengthening relationships with large OEMs and boutique operators in the retail industry, emphasizing on value-driven, outcome-focused solutions that drive revenue growth for retailers. He prioritizes investment on AI/GenAI led front-end digital solutions that enable hyper-personalisation and enhance customer connects.
Puneet has assisted retailers across various sectors, including fashion, footwear, electronics, grocery, convenience, super and hyper markets, food, in building integrated, robust solutions.
