Jean-Pierre Trouillot

Jean-Pierre is a Partner in KPMG’s Deal Advisory & Strategy (“DAS”) practice resident in the Miami office. He has over 30 years of experience providing professional services, specializing in mergers and acquisitions due diligence and financial strategic consulting assignments, including on a significant number of cross border transactions in Latin America. JP is partner-in-charge of KPMG’s DAS practice in South Florida and serves as the leader of Strategy & Transactions for Latin America. JP has provided merger and acquisition services to numerous domestic and international clients of KPMG as they pursued acquisition targets and evaluated investment opportunities across the globe and in various industry sectors. He has also assisted clients at all stages of the sales process from quality of earnings analysis, vendor-initiated due diligence, and data room assistance to assistance in reviewing purchase and sale agreements and analysis of closing financial statements. JP is a CPA in the states of New York and Florida.
