Roisin Murphy

Roisin Murphy is the Head of Global Sustainability leading on Our Impact Plan and delivery of our ESG commitments. She is a senior sustainability and social impact expert — and a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Responsibility — and is passionate about advising businesses on the social and environmental challenges they face, and about the value in bringing leaders together to create sector-wide impact. Prior to her global role, Roisin was Co-Head of Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility for KPMG in the UK, a role she had held since 2018.

Under Roisin’s leadership, the UK firm has continued to reduce its environmental impacts and is now ranked in the top tier of companies reporting to CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project). She led the UK firm’s work to make impressive contributions to social mobility, with particular focus on literacy, numeracy and lifelong learning. Roisin also led the creation of Opening Doors to Opportunities, a UK commitment to give 1 million young people the opportunity to develop their skills by 2030. Prior to leading the UK team she worked in Corporate Responsibility integration for KPMG Europe LLP and she started her career in KPMG Australia.
