KPMG's CPO Survey 2023

– We have again had personal dialogues with procurement leaders at 30 of the largest private and public sector organizations – gaining up-to-date insight into Procurement’s priorities today and where procurement stands in executing towards these ambitions.

We have assessed the impact of market pressures, including inflation, interest rate increases, scarce materials and supply disruptions. We have also discussed procurement’s digitalization approach, the role procurement takes in sustainability management and de-carbonization of their supply chains. Maybe most importantly, we have looked into the people side and how to attract talent and build competence.
