Welcome to our third annual CPO Survey, which reflects our commitment to engaging with procurement leaders and understanding the evolving landscape of procurement in Norway.
With the support and valuable feedback from the procurement community, we have continued our dialogue to gain insights into the challenges and opportunities faced by procurement in Norway.
This year's survey includes discussions on the approach to further develop procurement functions, stakeholder management, and a detailed exploration of GenAI and early use cases, in addition to continuing our examination of talent management and sustainability efforts. Our methodology involved personal, comprehensive dialogues with approximately 40 of the largest private and public sector organizations in Norway, forming the basis for our findings.
This year's survey is titled "Embracing Technology," reflecting the increasing focus on technology, including GenAI and digitalization of core processes, as well as the growing confidence in successfully implementing new systems and tools.
