Sunit is an HR leader with 25+ years of experience in consulting across multiple industries globally, specialising in business transformation, leadership development, and organisation effectiveness. An alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur, he has previously worked with organisations such as Accenture and Mercer. Sunit is actively engaged in research around the future of work and is an advocate of human-centered design thinking.
Vijay is a business leader in the consulting industry with over 25 years of experience in India and abroad. He specialises in talent development, leadership development, and executive coaching. He has worked with leading companies in developing their talent and coaching leaders. He has managed P&Ls, driven sales, and led consulting engagements across financial services, telecom, retail, and ed tech industries in multiple countries.
Sushant has 17 years of experience at various levels of both corporate and government across the globe to drive transformation strategies. Sushant’s specialisation is in Digital transformation, covering usage of emerging technologies including Blockchain, 3-D printing, Drones, IoT and related fields. He has advised large multinational companies, public sector organisation, SMBs as well as regulators on the application of such solutions.
Sujatha, a gold medalist from TISS Mumbai, brings over 22 years of experience in talent leadership. Her strengths lie in executive coaching, collaboration, and strategic partnering-all grounded in her deep belief in the power of passion and relationships. She has previously been the Chief of Culture, People Experience, Inclusion & Diversity, Performance and Talent with KPMG. Prior to KPMG, she was associated with Deloitte for over 17 years.
Subhro is an Associate Partner in KPMG India learning academy team. Over the past seven years, he has been focused on providing accounting advice, particularly in relation to the new lease, revenue recognition standards and off-balance sheet structuring/deals advisory. Prior to joining KPMG, Subhro spent three years working for a large US-listed company leading their ANZ Technical Accounting Group. He also has over ten years’ experience working in the assurance division of Big Four accounting firms in Sydney, Singapore and India.
Gunjan leads the leadership development vertical at the KPMG HCaS. She is a talent development professional with 20 + years of experience in capability building, culture transformation, coaching, leadership development, curriculum design, talent assessments, diversity and inclusion, communication and change management. Prior to KPMG, she worked with Accenture and Korn Ferry.
Strategic Leader with two decades of experience, Simona is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary. She has delivered training and development programs by leveraging her expertise in finance, designing targeted learning experiences and collaborating with business stakeholders to fill key skill gaps within the organization. Simona is passionate about growing, coaching and mentoring the next generation leaders and has championed Women mentorship programs focused on advancing diversity and inclusion.
Anushree specializes in leadership transformation, emotional intelligence, and authentic communication. She has worked with over 5,000 leaders across corporate, development, and education sectors, helping them deepen self-awareness, build trust-based relationships, and lead with empathy and impact. With a background in psychology and training in Gestalt, NLP, and EI, her approach integrates personal growth with organizational change-enabling leaders to create inclusive, conscious, and value-driven cultures.
Vani brings over 25 years of experience across leading global and Indian brands including Pepsico, Unilever, Reckitt, Henkel, Leo Burnett, and BBDO. She has worked with teams across Asia and Europe and led innovation for several markets. In her last stint at PepsiCo, she was the marketing head for Indian Snacks, overseeing the profitable turnaround of a major FMCG brand. She is also a Professor at Ashoka University and a Certified corporate Director.
Prithvi has over 30 years of experience in business development, consulting, and operations, human capital strategy design and deployment, talent and workplace management. He is a Partner in the Board at Entomo and at Smarten Spaces (provider of AI-powered solutions). He has also worked as the CHRO at HCL Technologies and was a Partner at Accenture.
