In the 2023 financial year (1 October 2022 to 30 September 2023), KPMG generated total operating performance of EUR 2.39 billion (+10.1 percent) in Germany with accelerated growth.
- KPMG achieved above-average growth in the Advisory division (management consultancy): total operating performance rose by 13.5 per cent to EUR 1,028 million, setting a new record.
- The Audit division achieved a total operating performance of 715 million euros and exceeded the growth of the previous year with an increase of 7.2 per cent.
- The Tax division, which also includes legal advice, grew by 8.4 per cent to 630 million euros in the 2023 financial year. The business division has thus significantly accelerated its growth compared to the previous year.
- In the 2023 financial year, KPMG hired more than 3,000 new employees in Germany. As at 30 September 2022, 14,080 people were employed in Germany. This is a new record figure.
KPMG also expects sustainable and profitable growth in the current financial year.
