Marko Mehle

Marko specializes in transfer pricing since 2007 and was one of leading Tax Administration’s person responsible for taxation in the field of transfer pricing on the operational as well as on the strategic level. He had led the transfer pricing team of tax auditors and occasionally also tax auditing department in Ljubljana Tax Office since 2009. In 2013, Marko has been appointed as EU Independent Member of Advisory Committee according to Convention on the elimination of double taxation in connection with the adjustment of profits of associated enterprises (Arbitration Convention) by Slovenian Government for 5 years term. In addition, Marko participated in drafting an update on Slovenian transfer pricing Rules (2011 and 2012). He is also author of several articles published in professional publications.
