Federico E. Garcia is Managing Director at KPMG US (Economic and Valuation Services). He has led economic and financial consulting projects in environmental, social, and governance (ESG); climate change adaptation and mitigation; infrastructure and transportation; and disaster preparedness and management. Federico has published dozens of reports and authored publications that have appeared in the Federal Register and peer-reviewed journals. His projects have covered climate resilience, greenhouse gas mitigation, renewable energy, electric grid, vehicle electrification, sustainability, and green jobs. In addition, he has provided litigation support, served as an expert witness in Federal court, and served as an external reviewer for analyses prepared internally by several government agencies. Federico has a Ph.D. in economics.
