Scott Buckley is a partner and the national operations leader for the Deal Advisory and Strategy practices in KPMG in the US. Scott is responsible for leading the firm’s Benchmarking Plus technology, a core asset in the firm’s data and analytics initiative, which taps into our robust proprietary database of engagements across a range of industries. Scott has more than 20 years of experience in providing buy-side and sell-side services, including support for financial and strategic buyers in transactions ranging from US$20 million to US$5 billion. Scott has been involved in many cross-border transactions, working on behalf of multinational buyers and with respect to multinational targets. He has depth and breadth of experience in carve-out transactions, roll-up acquisitions, take-private transactions, and minority and joint venture investments.
