Emmanuel, a Chartered Accountant by profession, is the Head of Tax and Regulatory Service at KPMG in Ghana. He also heads the Energy and Natural Resources line of business. He has over 35 years of experience in audit, tax and regulatory services. Emmanuel has over 39 years working experience with KPMG out of which he has been Head of Tax and Regulatory Services for 19 years. He also leads the Energy and Natural Resources Line of Business in KPMG, Ghana. A Chartered Accountant by profession, he is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation (Ghana). He was also a leader of the technical team of The Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana) on the review of the Internal Revenue Bill 2000, which resulted in the promulgation of the Internal Revenue Act, 2000 (Act 592). Emmanuel is presently a member of the Council of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (Ghana) and serves as an advisor to its Examinations Committee. He is also a Faculty Member of the KPMG Tax Master Class (Energy and Natural Resources) and also serves on the KPMG Africa Tax Board.
