When Coop set out to take an even greater digital leap across all its store locations, the company chose KPMG as their strategic partner. The Microsoft platform was already at the core of Coop’s digital services, and all 1 200 + store locations were using Teams Frontline as their daily collaboration tool. It was therefore a natural next step to build on the Power Platform, and together, we developed and rolled out the Power Apps solution, "Check".
For several years, Coop had its own system for operational follow-up and task management within its retail network. Over time, the system had grown large and complex. It lacked modern functionalities, and only a limited group of employees had access. Coop wanted a fully digital solution with both desktop and mobile interfaces, and one that would be available to all store employees.
