Justin is a Manager in the Forensic Services practice and has worked as part of the Forensic Technology group for over six years. He leverages state of the art tools and proven project management techniques for assisting clients with their electronic discovery (e-Discovery) needs. He has maintained an industry recognized Relativity Certified Administrator designation since May 2016.
Justin has worked on project teams serving both corporate legal departments and global law firms. His clients include entities in banking, automotive, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, and energy.
He has aided numerous clients respond to unique requests for the production of electronically stored information (ESI). Specifically, he has helped overcome the challenges associated with meeting the varying production specifications stemming from private parties and regulators including the U.S. Department of Justice and The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Justin has also worked on Investigation engagements related to fraud. He has provided in-depth Relativity training to investigators on performing strategic searches over large populations of email data and reach expedited conclusions. In particular, he helped employ email threading techniques and a combination of Boolean and metadata field searching to narrow down potentially relevant populations of documents.
