About the program

At KPMG Global Services Delivery Platform, we are committed to creating an equitable and inclusive workplace by valuing diverse life experiences and aligning them to meaningful roles. The Veterans Career Opportunities (VCO) program, a 12-week, fixed-term program designed to support experienced veterans in transitioning into corporate careers, is part of that commitment.

Through the VCO program, you gain practical experience within business teams, helping you build familiarity with corporate environments while applying your existing strengths in a new context. You are supported by a structured learning journey that combines guided learning with real-world exposure, along with a dedicated buddy, mentorship and opportunities to engage with leaders across the firm. This approach helps you understand ways of working and equips you with the support needed to navigate a new professional environment with confidence.
