These pillars are fundamental to ensuring that healthcare services are within reach for all segments of the population, both in terms of cost and physical access, while maintaining a consistent supply of necessary medical resources. Achieving these 3As is imperative for the continued progress and sustainability of India’s healthcare system, addressing both current needs and future challenges.
