Within the Risk Advisory (RA) practice of KPMG in India, Geetu is a Partner with the Forensic – Investigations & Dispute Advisory practice and comes with over 25 years of professional experience.

She leads the private equity channel for RA practice, where she works in tandem with other colleague Partners of RA who come from a diverse skillset to service the client community within the investors, funds and private equities, such as integrity due diligence, anti-bribery and compliance, forensic managed services, financial risk management, internal audit and governance, risk and compliance, IPO, and financial accounting advisory services.

Geetu has worked closely with the broader investor (both financial and strategic) community over the years on complex matters ranging from conducting forensic fact-finding and investigations on portfolio businesses, establishing anti-bribery and corruption compliance and other relevant regulatory compliances, resolution of investor/shareholder disputes with portfolio businesses, providing assistance monitoring the performance of portfolio businesses for identifying early warning signals and red flags, and working in tandem for forensic reviews as part of pre-acquisition financial due diligence.
