Satyajit is a Partner in Transformation – Major Projects Advisory (MPA) team within Business Consulting. With over 16 years of professional experience spanning both industry and consulting including 13+ years with KPMG in India, he specialises in enabling largescale capital programmes / projects implementation with reduced time, costs and risks.

Satyajit has worked extensively with large conglomerates in the Industrial & Manufacturing sector to help organise their capex processes and establishing project delivery models and teams for project / programme delivery. Satyajit has particularly deep experience with metals (ferrous & non-ferrous), cement and chemicals industry clients.

He drives the development and delivery of digital tech solutions related to capital projects helping clients overcome their fragmented information issues for effective decision-making, impacting project outcomes.
