Rohan is a Partner with the Deal Advisory team and leads the Commercial Due Diligence practice for KPMG in India. He has nearly 20 years of professional experience with a focus on due diligence, strategy development, organisation transformation and market assessment engagements in India, UK, APAC and the Middle East.
Rohan focuses on the electric mobility sector and has led several strategy, commercial due diligence assignments with PE funds and automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers. Rohan has covered the entire EV ecosystem including 2w, 3w, PVs, CVs, battery manufacturing, charging infrastructure and EV financing.
He is also a member of the wider automotive and industrial teams in KPMG in India.
