He has worked in India, South Asia, South-East Asia and in Africa. In transport and logistics sectors, Ashutosh has led initiatives and interventions relating to policy, regulation, Public Private Partnerships (PPPs), asset monetisation, digital, efficiency improvement, institutional development and capacity building, programme/project funding, programme conceptualisation and other related areas.
