Kirit is a Partner and part of the KPMG in India’s Forensic Services team. He leads eDiscovery and Legal Support Services and works with leading organisations across industries such as financial institutions/banks, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, FMCGs, IT/ITeS, airlines and hospitality. Prior to joining KPMG in India, he handled various ethics, compliance, and employee conduct investigations in a multinational investment bank. Kirit has also worked with a premier legal solutions provider and another professional services firm, assisting global clientele with various Forensic investigations and eDiscovery services.
A lawyer and company secretary by background, he has around 20 years of insightful experience in the field of forensic, ethics, legal support services, eDiscovery and contract and compliance services, within the risk and advisory domain.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Kirit is a recognised industry speaker and conducts regular forensic trainings and workshops for clients across sectors and industries. He has also authored various thought leadership articles that shed light on the evolving landscape of the legal technology and regulatory space across all sectors.
