He has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that customer-centric organisations face in today's dynamic and competitive market. He has advised and delivered more than 100 consulting and technology engagements across various industries, such as retail, consumer goods, banking, insurance, telecom, media, and healthcare. He has extensive experience in implementing digital cloud solutions, such as Salesforce, Adobe, Google SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft, to enable seamless and personalised customer experiences.
He is passionate about creating value for clients and delivering high-quality outcomes. He also enjoys mentoring and developing people and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the practice.
