Atul is partner with Advisory Services, KPMG India and leads Cyber Security Services. Atul has more than 17 years of experience in IT advisory assignments and has extensive cyber and information security experience along with focus on IT governance, technical security, IT auditing and large IT project management. His experience is across a wide range of clients and industries, including Telecom, Financial Services, Technology, Energy and Industrial Markets. Atul has also worked with KPMG in the US and was involved in information security and audit engagements with large technology companies.
His other experience includes:
- IT Audit: multiple audits conducted for general IT controls environment and application controls
- Information security audit: extensive experience in carrying out security reviews and audits across banks and financial institutes
- IT Outsourcing including security operations: leading multiple engagements on strategic sourcing of IT and associated services with the overall objective of providing organizations efficiency and cost advantages
- IT Project Advisory: program management across engagements, including large IT transitions, large IT strategic projects (DC/ DR setup), migration from one service provider to another
- Business Continuity Management: including development of disaster recovery and business continuity plans for multiple organizations.
