The digitalization of organizations is a result of the rising role of technology in the world today. As technology continues to become more prevalent, more and more businesses are turning to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its capabilities to boost productivity and improve products and services.

Most businesses operating today employ some type of AI in their operations, whether that is through automation, robotics, machine vision or machine learning. AI has made its way into a variety of industries, such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing, and education, and benefit both businesses and consumers.

Whilst AI has many benefits, its application also raises legal, ethical, and security concerns. Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT offer quick and low-cost content creation; however it can also expose organizations to IP theft, fraud, and reputational damage. As AI continues to become an integrated part of day-to-day life and businesses, responsible AI use will become a top priority.
