The KPMG Women in Cyber community is a global initiative aimed at promoting gender diversity within and beyond the organization. The goal is to inspire more women to pursue careers in cybersecurity and provide them with ongoing support and opportunities for advancement. Whether they’re still in school, starting their careers or aspiring to top leadership positions, the community is committed to advocating for women's progress and empowering them in this field.

The community is led by a dedicated team of individuals who work together to support women pursuing careers in cybersecurity. It offers various resources, including mentorship, networking opportunities, targeted training and chances to serve as non-executive board members, even at a junior level. The community aims to bring out the best in the team members and provide opportunities for women who might not have previously considered a career in the field. KPMG professionals believe that embracing diverse perspectives is the key to success. The focus on diversity and gender balance can help us address complex client issues, deliver quality results and build trust.

Global Cyber Steering Committee
