Chris leads engagements and thought leadership development for Upstream Oil & Gas. Chris has deep experience working with supermajors, international oil companies, and national oil companies. He has worked on assignments discussing issues such as: exploration, development and production portfolios, growth strategies, M&A and business development support, Non‐Operated Venture approaches, organisation design, functional and discipline development, change management and performance improvement programmes. Chris authored KPMG’s paper on Decommissioning Strategy and has led engagements helping clients think through their decommissioning strategic options.
