Steve Whittle

Steve has over twenty years of professional experience, including a two year secondment in the US. For the last twelve years, Steve has focused on advising a range of private equity and corporate clients as they contemplate M&A transactions, on both the buy-side and sell-side.

Steve has led numerous complex U.K. and European/multinational private equity transactions across a range of industries, including public to private buy-outs, secondary buy-outs and complex carve-out transactions.

He has worked on both buy-and sell-side across a wide variety of sectors, including business services, consumer goods, healthcare, manufacturing, oil and gas, technology, and retail. Countries of his international experience include the United States, Germany, Ireland, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Dominican Republic, Colombia and Canada.
