Mr. Maurice Van den Heuvel

Maurice has more than 15 years’ experience working as a management consultant in the financial services sector. Within KPMG’s advisory practice he focuses on Insurance looking at the intersection between strategy and execution, and business and IT. Maurice is a member of the Insurance management team in the Netherlands and part of several account teams. Before returning to KPMG in 2009 he worked for National Nederlanden from 2006 to 2008 as a member of the management team and was responsible for growth, cost reduction and increasing customer satisfaction through digitalization, process standardization and value chain integration. Maurice started his career with Nolan, Norton & Co. (NNC), previously the strategic consulting practice of KPMG consulting in the Netherlands. At NNC he had been involved in several strategy projects, business cases, cost reduction programs and a merger between health insurance companies.
