Kevin is the Americas National Leader, Asset Management – Tax, with over 32 years’ experience providing tax advisory services for alternative investment fund clients, including distressed debt, private equity, hedge funds, venture capital and fund of funds, as well as SEC registered investment products. Previously, he was the National Segment Leader for Private Equity Funds and led the M&A Tax Practice in Dallas. Kevin has worked extensively on the formation and operation of private equity funds, investment fund structuring, distressed debt acquisitions and loan market discount, and portfolio company acquisitions, restructurings, dispositions and recapitalizations. As a Global Lead Tax Partner, Kevin oversees all Tax services provided by KPMG member firms around the world.
