Jyoti has over 20 years of experience working with global financial services organizations in the United States, Europe and Asia. She has advised a number of these global organizations in broad risk and regulatory transformation efforts focused on building governance, enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, operational and technology capabilities. She has assisted multiple global banks and insurance organizations to design and implement governance structures including committee structures and mandates, management structures, matrix reporting lines, three lines of defense, accountabilities and authority, policies, reporting and supporting processes.
