Minna is a partner and leads the Government sector at KPMG in Finland. She works on assignments mainly with central governmental institutions, municipalities as well as social, healthcare and 3rd sector organizations. Minna’s working experience includes both the private and public sectors, specifically in financial and administrative issues, structural changes, leadership issues and change management. She is also experienced in leadership development, evaluation, and coaching methods, along with being a skilled workshop and seminar facilitator.

Minna’s experience working with sports advisory services includes evaluating sport structures for the Ministry of Education and Culture, Finnish Olympic Committee and the National Sports Organization; assessing the economic, social and image effects of rebuilding and renovating the Helsinki Olympic Stadium; and the evaluation of ice hockey’s economic impacts in Finland using input-output analysis.
