Her areas of focus are commercial strategy, growth strategy, along with mergers and acquisitions for pharmaceutical, diagnostics, device, and consumer health companies, investors, and medical institutions. She also works with institutions and investors on their healthcare services strategies, diligences, and operations, including CROs, CMOs, clinical laboratory, health IT, hospital services, and clinical outreach.
Kristin has over 25 years of experience in strategy consulting and research in the healthcare and life sciences industries. She is also a thought leader in precision medicine and in clinical laboratory innovation, developing product and service strategies and operations with on-the-ground experience in the Americas, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Her book, Personalizing Precision Medicine, has garnered attention worldwide for its all-inclusive and comprehensive look at global precision medicine.
