Adam is the Americas Regional Head of KPMG Elevate, for KPMG International, and the National Performance Improvement leader for Strategy, KPMG in the US. He has more than 25 years of experience working with clients to develop strategies and solutions that offer new opportunities for growth and profitability through business and operational transformation. Adam works with companies across a range of industries, specializing in the delivery and management of high-impact programs related to enterprise-wide digital transformation, value creation, acquisition due diligence, merger integration, carve-outs/divestitures and complex turnaround initiatives. His specialties includes strategic programs for product development and R&D optimization, third-party spend reduction, general and administrative cost optimization, and labor-productivity improvement.
