Kevin Max is a Principal in KPMG LLP’s Major Projects Advisory practice. A licensed professional engineer, he has twenty years of diverse construction industry experience in engineering, construction management and management consulting. 

Kevin’s professional resume is highlighted by extensive civil engineering and construction management experience and consulting credentials in the areas of construction risk management; contract administration and compliance; project oversight and monitoring; investigations and audits. He has advised clients on a wide variety of large public and private sector projects including commercial development projects, power and utility construction; infrastructure development, the building of technology, pharmaceutical and industrial manufacturing facilities; the construction of healthcare, educational, sports, gaming and entertainment commercial facilities. Most recently, Kevin has specialized in the assessment of capital construction programs and projects, the development of project controls and performing construction project oversight.
